Indien deze optie is aangezet zal Sendmail de email accepteren waar de gebruikersnaam een onderdeel is van de gebruikers echte naam, anders dan alleen hun login naam. Bijvoorbeeld, wanneer de gebruiker Joe Bloggs met de login jbloggs bestaat op uw systeem kunt u email versturen naar hem met Joe.Bloggs@uwdomein.com of met jbloggs@uwdomein.com .
