Si esta opción está actuvada sendmail aceptará los mensajes donde la parte de usuario de la dirección sea el nombre real del destinatario en lugar de su identificador de usuario. Por ejemplo, si el usuario Joe Bloggs con identificador de usuario jbloggs existiera en su sistema, podría enviarle correo a la dirección Joe.Bloggs@yourdomain.com además de a jbloggs@yourdomain.com.
