Changes

- add missing \hyphenation list (how-ever, through-out etc.)
- set correct LEFTHYPHENMIN = 2, RIGHTHYPHENMIN = 3
- handle apostrophes (forbid *can='t, *abaser='s, *o'c=lock etc.)
- set COMPOUNDLEFTHYPHENMIN, COMPOUNDRIGHTHYPHENMIN values
